Experience: Australian U19 Rugby Union Team, Aust. Schoolboys Rugby Team, National Level Rowing, NSWRU 1st Grade Rugby Union
Specialise In: Weight loss, stress management, muscle gain, functional strength, sport specific training and lifestyle coaching.
Training method: Outdoor training including Cardiovascular Training, Resistance Training, Boxing, Flexibility, Core Stability Training, Body Shaping, Injury Rehabilitation and Sport Specific Training for agility, speed and power.
Hour of Operation: Mon -Sat.
Rates: $85 per hour, packages available - FREE consultation and trial session.
