Good vs Bad About Supplements

I knew my diet was lacking, so I wanted to know which supplements were good, bad, ineffective and if any would really do anything to enhance my diet. First I began researching to find out if any nutritional supplement had any scientific research to back up their claims.

In the process I discovered Juice Plus+, a whole food based supplement and a completely different concept dealing with nutrition. I found out that no other nutritional supplement on the market has any scientific research done on their product. If a multivitamin  supplement  says it contains vitamin C for example, the only research that is done is the effect that vitamin C has on the body, not on the bioavailability of their product, drug companies are very good at misleading the public.
