What Can I Do For You:
Andrew & his team run an array of Post Natal, mums & bubs based fitness classes both in Centennial Park and from their air conditioned studio on the Harbour foreshore in Neutral Bay. All mums & bubs classes involve an array of Mums specific drills with pram, core & pelvic floor strengthening as well as boxing and fun, fun, fun. A nanny is available at studio classes & upon request for Private Mothers Group Sessions.
