Participants are more motivated: Human beings by nature look for novelty in just about everything in life and exercises are no different. A study was conducted to examine the relative impact of same exercises vis-à-vis new exercises on two groups of people. The findings had a significant message for the Balmain boot camps.
The findings reveal that 52 participants dropped out of the training program and of them, the greater part of participants belonged to the non-varying group. On the other hand, the group of participants that were put through varying training programs showed significant satisfaction levels and enjoyment. 20% of members from this group found exercises more enjoyable.
