Kettlebell swing exercise at Leichhardt boot camp
Leichhardt bootcamps coach beginners in swing exercises. The two-handed swing starts with the feet kept slightly wider than shoulder width and the feet turned out at a 45 degree angle. Keeping the back straight, squat and grab the kettlebell with both hands. Swing the kettlebell back between the legs, then swing it forward up to chest level till the body and arms are straight. Continue the exercise in a smooth rhythm.
