I have trained and shaped up many female dancers in the Sydney Latin scene, and made them stronger, fitter, leaner and sculpted. I am the current Australian IPF Powerlifting Champion (57kg) and understand the need to get stronger physically (but as a dancer myself) without the added bulk.
